I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, but the balcony on the highest floors didn't offer a view of the mountains, which was a bit disappointing. The service at the reception desk was impeccable and the shuttle service was convenient. The location was superb, close to hiking trails and right in the center of town. However, the dining area, although offering sliced tropical fruits, didn't have a view of the Fitz Roy which would have been a nice touch.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the National Park. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, but unfortunately, there was no view of the stunning mountains. The service was impeccable, making me feel truly welcome throughout my visit. The dining experience was delightful with a view of the Fitz Roy, and the facilities were top-notch.
